Hi everyone,
SO I have been seeing a lot of hoopla on the 5:2 (Alternate Day Diet).. Some people say they have lost weight. Others think is a terrible idea. I was just wondering if anyone has tried it? How did you feel on your down days? Does it actually help? I am just curious to know.
