Hii~ New and would like some friends

Hi,

I just started the message boards because I felt that trying to motivate myself to workout and eat right is too lonely to do alone.

At 5'3 and a college student, I'm currently trying to lose my stomach fat and gain muscle~
Just started Jillian's Banish Fat and Boost Metabolism and I'd love to have some friends to lose and work out with (:

    My advice to "newbies" is to fill out their profile, set some goals, find some folks you have things in common with and send some friend requests. Than GET GOING! The more involved you get, the more likely you are to be successful. Good luck!
