Not Wanting to Do A Workout....

What do you do when you really don't want to do specific work out? I went for a walk today, and I should be doing the 30DS as well. For some reason, I really can't push myself to do it. I would happily go back out for another walk/jog for another hour, than do the 30DS. Have you ever had this happen to you? What did/would you do?
