125 lb barrier

Cannot seem to break this barrier.. 5'2"...avid runner. Doing the 1200 cal per day...two weeks ...
No loss...HELP!:noway:

    1200 might be too low, especially if you're not eating your exercise calories. Bodies need enough fuel to properly rearrange weight or else it's going to hold onto the fat as long as it can.

    Two weeks is frustrating but you need to give it more time.

    You might have a higher BMR than that, and that alone should give you the indication that you need to be eating more.

    Whenever I tweak things, I like to wait about 3-4 weeks before making a determination. A plateau is typically months or longer.
