Hi there. I'm 23 years old and at normal BMI. I'm 4 ft 11 in tall and at 118 lbs. I'm trying to lose more weight. I'm new to this fitness thing so I wanna know if I'm doing it right.
I'm currently on a program created for me by a gym trainer which consists of weight training and 40-60 minutes cardio. I do it three times a week. And then I do 30-60 minutes cardio on other days and I'm also doing yoga twice a week. My daily calorie intake is 1300 calories at max. Any advice?

Just as tuckerrj said, set goals and make some friends. It really does help to have friends to keep you motivated. Feel free to add me if you want.0

All right. I'll send out some requests. Added you both.0

I agree, this is very much a community type of program. Make some friends, don't be afraid to post, and definitely make sure you're eating enough...especially with all that cardio. Good luck!!0
