Fitbit question

How do I get ithe FitBit Zip to enter activity in MFP.? I see where MFP enters into Fitbit program, but not vice versa other than positive calorie adjustment. Is this a manual process. i am a Fitbit newbie.

I have the Fitbit One, but I think linking the accounts is the same for both. Once you set up your Fitbit and create an account, follow the link below to sync them. The information usually updates every 15 minutes or so if you are near the computer (or smartphone.) Hope this helps.
