What to eat to help w low iron/weak during workout

I'm probably partially answering my own question here, but I'm pretty sure that I'm anemic. I had trouble even raising my legs to run in place bc I was so weak in my legs. What do you suggest that I eat before a workout to help with this?

    Is it anemia or poor blood circulation? See a cardiologist and get this checked out.

    I would go to the doctors to get your iron levels checked. If you do need more there are supplements if that's the way that you wish to go. Or you can get it from the foods you eat. Bison is great and spinach. Google to find a nice list of iron rich foods. :) Good luck.

    instead of self diagnosing, double check with blood work to make sure.
    i take an iron suppliment one pill a couple times a week, it is enough to keep my levels higher. i do get nausia and stomach pains from them if i have too much iron, so be weary of that and talk to your doctor about the supplemnts. mine advised to only take 1 instead of 2 and to not take it daily since 2 of the pills are 200something% of your daily needs
