Soreness from Training

How sore does your body get from training?

How many of you use a Foam Roller for relief?

Do you go to Massage Therapy?

My body gets pretty wrecked, to be honest, lol. I'm at the gym 3-4 times a week for 1.5 hours, and 1 time a week is with a Personal Trainer. He is constantly introducing new exercises and definitely keep up the variety... my body feels it.

My Fiance is so great to give me shoulder & neck massages that help SO much. :happy: But I also see a massage therapist and I try to go at least one a month. I like deep tissue massages, very high tolerance for pain so its worth it.

I bought a Foam Roller from Amazon (was $30) and when I need it I have it.
