Hi guys

(I talk to you like this because people on here have been better to me than half the people in real life, and know what eachother go through)

I just don't know what to do.

I started one time, last February, and powered through for MONTHS. Did amazing things for my body and health.
Then in the summer I was working 3 jobs and could barely sleep let alone exercise/prepare foods.

And since then I've settled into one job(overnight) I just don't know what the jolt is that gets me into it again.
I feel completely powerless over sugar&fat.
Even after I do well a few days, there's a point where I give up.

I haven't drank water in months and I feel so gross on the inside.

This post is a huge whine but I just want to be right there with you guys

Should I make a new profile to stop riding on the accomplishments of this one?

Is a new profile going to make you pick better food choices and manage your calories? If not, you need to stop doing what you're doing now and start doing what you're asking for motivational help for.

You're only as powerless as you allow yourself to be.

    Drink water.

Stick with it. Success comes with perseverance.

I wouldn't worry about starting a new profile, unless you just want to. The accomplishments of this one, are your accomplishments. Own them. Ride them for all they're worth.

no. your past is your past, and a new profile won't change that. learn from your past, update your ticker, and get going.

i work a crazy *kitten* schedule myself too. i find time to work out and prepare food. no, scratch that. i make time. i know that i have to wake up crazy early to do work outs, or else i just don't do them. when i work night shift, i have to make sure i get enough sleep, and eat the right foods so that in the afternoon when i wake up, i can get a quick work out in.

I don't really see the point of making a new profile, rather than hide from your past accomplishments, you should look at it on the bright side and use it as a motivation. You've done it before, so you can do it again. Right? Right?

I feel as if they're not worth anything because I've basically deleted them by gaining it back and my bad eating habits.

you can reset your ticker if it helps you, then re add the weight back in later

grab a measuring tape and take measurements.

what are you doing for exercise? endorphins are good.

Well I still use my skateboard once in a while. Walking everywhere and to bus stops has been helping but not doing enough to be exercise

Doesn't matter how many times you fail, if you get up and go again.
When you ride your skateboard what happens if you focus on falling, or the edge of a side walk? You fall or hit that edge. Gotta focus on success to succeed.

    Good way to put it.
Right now I only skate for fun, I should start making it a workout.
Just been having problems with my feet lately.

You are going to start treating your body as the priceless work of art it is. You only get one body in this lifetime, and now you need to take advantage of only having one job and make yourself a priority, again. Tomorrow, you're getting at least six cups of water in. Report back to me when you've gotten it done. It's tough for me to remember to even drink six, but one been making a conscious effort. And I hate plain water. So I'm only telling you to do what I've been trying to do. :)

Great work today!! You can do it.

I've lost and put on 40-50 lbs more times than i'd like to count. You can't let the past discourage you, and all you can do is look forward. One day at at time.

    All the best!

I feel that I know what you're talking about. Honestly, what did it for ME was that I kept logging in here. Kept talking to people. Kept LOGGING my food (Thats the important part imo). Eventually, you just get back on track being around fit company thats talking (sometimes bragging) about their weight lost or fitness in general and you slowly start making changes to your diary.

Hope this helps you. Good luck :)

Wise words from my friend there. I've lost the plot right now too so you aren't alone. You did great today though! I'm starting fresh from tomorrow morning. Luckily I have only gained a kilo or two. No idea why it isn't a lot worse! Take care!
