Beginning

Hi, my name is Maria, and I am beginning my second week on MFP. Last week helped me so much and I felt so accountable by entering in my foods and exercise. I cannot believe how much it helped me to have a visual to see on how many calories I had eaten. I lost 4.4 pounds! Yay!! I really believe MFP had a lot to do with this. I am just learning about this site and am slowly looking through all it has to offer. I am looking forward to reading more entries and getting to know people.     You are going to love mfp. Everything you need to achieve your goals is laid out for you and is so user friendly.

    It takes courage to open yourself up to strangers. After three weeks I have found the motivation and friendly support I needed to stay dedicated to fitness. Putting it out there for others to see is a real eye opening experience....you will be in denial no longer!
