Picking up where I left off

I started on MFP in Jan/Feb 2012. I lost 50 lb by June 2012. Unfortunately, life got in the way and I stopped recording my food and stopped working out. I didn't seem to gain much (maybe 5 lb) until this winter. Then I packed on the weight again and gained 20 of that back. So now I'm trying to get back in the swing of things. I've set some goals that don't focus on the number on the scale. My goals are to stay within my calorie goals and log EVERYTHING in MFP, work out 2 days/week with my personal trainer and hit the gym two additional days for a total of 4 days/week, and do something active for 30 minutes per day on those days I don't go to the gym (walk, jog, clean out the garage, etc).

Height 5'0"
1st SW: 200+ (stopped weighing myself when I hit 200)
Weight as of Jun 2012: 154 lb
2nd SW: 177 lb
CW: 170 lb
GW: 150 lb
UGW: 135-ish?
