At what point did you realize you were happy with yourself

    I realized I was happy with my weight loss achievements when I was able to run and play with my children without being out of breath and sluggish. Now I'm running circles around them lol. I also like how my healthy eating habits are reflecting on them and they are wanting to eat more healthy also.

    Actually, right as I started working out. Never before had I really liked the way I looked. Probably within a week or so I kind of accepted myself. I want to weigh less, but that's no reason not to love the body I have.

    I gained 25-30 pounds originally but now at having only lost 9 pounds, my belly's about the same size it was before, and I love it now. I might even be a little sad to see it go with the next at least 10 pounds.

    I still get down on myself at squeeze at my fat in the mirror, but even the thinnest, most confident people have moments like that.
