Check out Amanda Russell. Love her stuff! I also like googling workouts for eqmt. I already have on hand to keep it fresh and USED. Great for cross training days.

I'm looking for kettlebell links if anyone wants to send me some. I'm a newbie and just bought an 8 pounder today!

When I saw Diva's story on YouTube, I said, "I need to get off my butt and start back working out." If she doesn't motivate you, nothing will. She also inspired me to purchase "Supreme 90 Day".
