    You look amazing!!!! Calories are not our enemy - FOOD CHOICES are!!! When I get lazy I put on the pounds. Fighting the hormonal fight right along side of you. THANK YOU for this visual encouragement. I only have 18 pounds to lose, but I want to get back into better habits before it becomes 50 lbs.
