Resetting goal...

As my confidence has increased, I have changed my goal 3 times since I started this journey. :wink: Even though I've now reached the "healthy category" of the weight table, I would rather have a little wiggle room, so I'm resettig my goal to lose another 5 pounds. The category says 104-138.9; I'm at 135 and am resetting for 130. Truthfully, I can't see how someone at my age and height could be 104 and healthy. If I can maintain 125-135, I'll be at a "mentally" healthy weight as well as a physically healthy one. I also believe that exercise has to be an itegral part of this goal... SO I'm heading out to "do sumthin"!!!! :laugh:

    I agree, exercise is the key. We have to burn off what we take in. I find myself lacking in the energy department a lot. I'm hoping my dog's will keep me going.
