Lose weight/fat without going to the gym more then three days a week? Or at all? What's your opinion? Discussion time!! :)

    Losing weight / body fat is 80% nutrition, 20% exercise. So, duh.

    You lose fat/weight from a calorie deficit.

    Exercise if for fitness and body composition.
