I'm not buying this. I just happened to be channel surfing and saw it.
I just saw the "Journey Gym Portable Resistance Gym w/ 5 DVDs" on QVC. I guess it's a portable step with resistance bands built in. I wonder how many people really carry this with them? I recently bought a resistance band and thought of that as a portable gym. I guess a jump rope could be a portable gym and a weighted resistance mini ball also. Kim Lyons is the trainer featured on the DVDs.

I just won this in Devin Alexander's Facebook daily challenge. I used it for the first time today and I really like it. I did the first 10 min circuit training and I broke a sweat. Now I'm pretty much a fitness novice so that's probably not saying much. I like that they do cardio and strength training. I think it would be good for anyone who doesn't have room for gym equipment in their home. Just my opinions.0
