This is getting so exciting.
My S.W. was 177 when I joined April 24
My C.W. is 171.6
My G.W. is 145
I went from Obese to Overweight during that period of time!! Another huge accomplishment for me! I'm constantly looking for the small (yet huge) accomplishments to keep me going!
In 1.5 lbs I will officially be out of the 170's and into the 160's!!!
On a side note -- My husband has kind of been dragging along this process with me just because we are newly weds and he feels obligated to do everything I do. He doesn't want to ruin my weight loss, but he's really not all that into it. Last night I did my Tae Bo and he said he was going to go play some Wii Tennis. Once I was done working out we played Wii Tennis together. Not a huge thing, but definitely an accomplishment. I weighed in this morning and ran in the room so excited to see more weight loss. He works nights so he was getting to sleep as I was leaving for work. On my way to work he texts me that he is down almost 3 lbs! I was so excited for him. Even if he wasn't excited I very much was! I think he's starting to get onboard with this even more now!! I love it!

That's great! It's all the little successes that get us where we want to be, so congrats! I'm also getting close to being in the "overweight" range, I can't wait to get there! Then straight on to the "normal" category! :bigsmile:0

The little successes is what keeps us wanting to keep going with what we are doing. Congrats on the loss! Tell your husband good job on his loss as well. I am sure once he sees the benefit he will like it more.0

This is great and seeing people succeed on their weight loss journey is motivating for me and everyone else as well. I just joined this website (last night actually) and I'm looking forward to sharing my own great results.

I agree with that one! My husband started doing MFP around the same time as me and he hasn't been doing as well with tracking his food as I have been. Though he can see the benefits of it. He has been eating better then he has in the past. I am sure it is a guy thing.:laugh:0
