Oatfit, now that's a novel marketing term, especially the maple and brown sugar examples and it's a whole ounce with those calories:smile: j/k I like oatmeal.

Oat bran makes great oatmeal- I'm just finishing some now. It's 231 calories a cup dry, so you can get a generous serving for 100 calories, especially if you flavor it with cinnamon.

In order to "up" the protein in my oatmeal, I've been adding greek yogurt...either plain or with fruit...delicious!
    Enjoy the oatmeal!

I love oatmeal. We eat steel cut oats often, and "refrigerator oatmeal" in the summer.

I personally wouldn't buy that product, but only because I think real oatmeal is so much better than instant.

Is it a slow cook (5 minutes) or more like 1 minute? I'm not a fan of the instant stuff... it makes me think I'm eating wallpaper paste. I love slow cook though!

What's refrigerator oatmeal? I've never heard of that. Might be worth trying when spring and summer really get here.

@mtfr810 The OatFit I bought and suggested here is instant (90 seconds), but has a texture like slow cook.
