Galaxy 10.0 Tab question

Greetings,

I posted this in the FitBit forum but got no reply; I'll try here:

I have a Galaxy Tab 10.0. Is there a way to get the FitBit to sync. wirelessly (ie without the base)?

If not, can I plug the base into the Galaxy using a USB adapter (http://www.amazon.com/SANOXY-Female-Adapter-Samsung-Galaxy/dp/B005YWIRBS/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1365275052&sr=8-2&keywords=galaxy+tab+usb+adapter)?

Finally, can I plug the FitBit base station adapter into a wall USB plug to charge (and not sync)?

I am going on a cruise and want to keep using the FitBit but DON'T want to bring a laptop.

Thank you,
Richard

Great question, I don't know the answer but have a question for you. How do you like your Galaxy tab 10.0 I am looking at getting a tablet and not sure what one I want to get. I want to use it for a number of things and would like to get it prior to going on my trip at the end of this month.
I'm a grad student and would use it for books taking notes and of course watching movies/tv programs on it
