calistenics Where are you?

Okay someone had put a workout on here the day before yesterday about calistenics. It was a short work and I ment to save it. I got on here yesterday to find it and I could not remember what the subject was called, so I can't find it. If this sounds familiar can you please help me out? I know it came from a website but I do not want to join the site. Whoever it was that posted it had a list of what to do. Thanks everyone!

    Lol. No problem. I noticed her post the other day as well and wanted to take note of it. I just copied it into a Word document myself. :happy:
