Hello, so I just started to go to the gym and eat less. I just started working out on March 30th, from that day I only been to the gym 3x and 2x of jogging/walking for 30mins. Whenever I go to the gym my trainer tells me to do (1) cycling for 10 mins (2) treatmill for 10-15mins (3) step ups, 50 counts for each leg (4) 2 sets of 15 counts of crunches (5) 2 sets of 15 counts of crunches with legs and more like, light weights. I don't know if it's enough... my goal is to lose 2lbs per week if possible. The thing is, I don't feel that tired after going to the gym. Is it really like that? I actually become more tired and super sweaty with jogging/walking for 30mins than gym. I don't know, any suggestions/advice?
Thank you!
Thank you!

Try a different trainer! If you are doing cardio on your own, I don't know why they are having you do so much at the gym too. I noticed a big difference in my body when I started lifting heavy. We are all different so what works for one might not work for all.

Oh, um coz I was kinda planning to go to the gym every other day and during my rest day, I go jog/walk. I have no idea what to do so I don't know if I should go to the gym and jog/walk alternately. I'm 4'10" and 118lbs... I'm a bit over weight.0
