sick and tired of feeling... well.. sick and tired

I've battled with weight issues my entire life. (that may not seem that long considering i'm 18) however, i find that every time i'm down i turn to food, and its added up. I'm 5ft4, and i'm 180 lbs... but i mainly carry it in my stomache. I've had random people ask me when the baby is due.. Its not a good feeling. Furthermore, i'm graduating and want to look good for prom. Its exactly two months away, and i want to feel like i actually look good for once. Eating in excess doesn't make me feel good, but its become a crutch and i'm finally taking steps to stop it. Will probably need all the encouragement i can get. Thanks for taking the time to read my story

Good luck lady! You can do it, you're making the right choice joining here. From my experience, it helps! And as they say, the first step is realising that you have a problem which you have already done. Now to start the fight!0

This and good for you taking care of this at a young age. Just stay on the course and everything else will take care of the rest. Good luck to you!:flowerforyou:0 -
Make a commitment to stick to your calories and become more active and the weight WILL come off. But please don't think it will be overnight!! There is no fast fix. In two months you may not be at your "goal" weight, but you will be on the way and that's awesome!0
