Hi all!

Wanted to just say hello....Am back again after my weight creeping up :( I am now the heaviest I have been in about 3 years :(.am determined to go no higher and so here I am!!

    Make it a lifestyle change instead of a new diet! :smile:
    It's taking me some time to figure out what foods I should be eating but I'm hoping to start seeing some results.. my weight is starting to go the wrong way and I'm heading back to where I first started.
    Anyway, good luck, I hope you reach all your goals! :)
