might be tmi (toilet issues)

Anyone has problem with too much pee?! I just feel like peeing all the time!! And I DO frequent the toilet a lot!! It's fine at home, but in school or out it's really troublesome and people keep asking me WHY DO YOU PEE SO MUCH and I say because I drink a lot of water but I'd really want it to stop. I know the solution is to drink less, and I could try to.... but my issue is i'm really prone to bloating, and I eat quite a bit of carbs (and no I can't sustain low carb ): ), and so I tend to drink a lot of water to try to get rid of bloating! Also, it is really hot where I live and so cold water is heaven to me!

Anyways, perhaps you can go see your doctor and tell them about the carb cravings, bloating etc. Are you thirsty a lot too? Perhaps a blood sugar check is in order? Insulin resistance? Hypoglycemia?

    Drink up.

This. I have an extremely weak bladder. Up two or three times a night and sometimes every hour when awake. Just tell them you're drinking a lot of water. And give their soda a sneering look.

    THIS TOO!

I must have peed ten times last evening because I was late in the day getting my water in, but it feels so good to drink lots of water and cleanse out the system. My skin is so soft since drinking more water. Toxins be gone!

Thanks guys for the replies :D

Yeah it's such a dilemma for me!! I just find it awkward sometimes when I tell my friends 'hey I need the loo' so many times and sometimes they just give me weird looks and yeah I know I should just ignore how people judge me... Then there are times where I just feel like drinking so much water gets rid of my bloats and gives me good skin!

I don't know if it's psychological or not though, does water really help with bloating even when you're eating pretty healthily or not?

I should probably get checked up, I might have ruined some of my systems from my dieting and whatnots... But it is real trouble getting checked up here!

But anyways I'm not exactly craving carbs, just saying that I can't sustain a low carb lifestyle so that's not a valid solution for me! With regards to bloating... I feel like I'm just prone to it? And I have a naturally chubby face, so any bloating just makes me look really bad!!

I try and get my water in by say 3 PM just so I'm not up 1,000 times during the night. People should be peeing as much as you say your are. They're not drinking as much water as their supposed to... you are! I wouldn't worry about.... drink... drink some more and get up to go to the bathroom as much as you need to!

You might be peeing a lot because you are drinking a lot of water. You might be peeing a lot because you're diabetic or prediabetic.

I pee a lot because I have hypercalcemia caused by a hyperactive parathyroid gland and I drink lots of water to prevent kidney stones. I pee a lot because I exercise and lose a lot of water through sweating. I pee a lot because I drink water to aid my digestion, and frankly, because I'm thirsty. My docs are all on board with me on this. When you gotta go, excuse yourself and just go.

I know for me water definitely helps with bloating.

My husband teases me endlessly because of how much I pee. I just proudly remind him that I'm drinking plenty of water and my pee is as clear and sweet smelling as the deep blue ocean while his pee is as yellow and smelly as a pigs troth. :)

you shouldn't bloat. Are you sure you don't have a food intolerance? I found out I'm lactose intolerance through switching milk to almond milk - I used to bloat SO bad, hardly at all now.
I've heard the more water you drink, the less you pee (after a while, once your body is used to it). This is what I've found. When I up my fluid intake, at first I pee every 5 seconds. Then after a few weeks, I'm normal again.
Don't break the seal, hold your pee for as long as possible and practice kegel exercises.
And reduce salt (and coffee and alcohol)

I know how you feel! I've been drinking at least 120+ oz of water each day the past couple weeks and I have to pee just about every hour. In fact, I really need to go right now but it feels like I just went a while ago and I'm too lazy to get up.

If you've increased your water intake so much, you have no other choice but to pee alot. Its gotta go somewhere right? And at least its cleansing your body in the meantime. Sorry I couldn't be more help but just thought I'd share my story as support. :flowerforyou:
