I just started using this site on Friday. I went to my Doctor and asked for Adipex. Using this site is a condition to be put on it. I lost 25lbs following weight watchers, then just got stuck. I've not gained any back, but I'm no longer losing either. I know there are a ton of reasons for this. My two major ones would be the winter blues. I get them every year. I hate feeling like I'm cooped up inside when I want to be out there. And I sleep a lot. Now that it is daylight when I leave for work AND when I come home, I'm a lot more energetic! My second would be my car. It was dying a long, slow, painful death. Finally, last night, we put it out of its misery and bought a new one. Now a lot of the stress is gone worrying about whether I am going to break down on the interstate to or from work (again). It's adding a new stress with a new car payment we didn't have before, but not near as bad.
So now that the 2 major reasons are gone, I can focus. I just need to figure out how to count house cleaning as exercise??
