Fantastic, I love you story as I'm the same height and almost the same weight as you with the same goal and also had 3 c-sections. I've just started my recovery week of Insanity and have so far only lost 2lb but took progress pics at the end of week 3 and saw a huge difference, can't wait to see the end results but also hoping the scales start to shift a bit more during month 2!

OMG YOU LOOK AMAZING! Well done, that must have been quite some effort

Insanity is High Intensity Interval Training. It's called Insanity for a reason. Totally bananas. I did Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred prior to starting, and it was petting fluffy kittens compared to Insanity. Definitely an a#@ kicker, but also super worth it.
I don't know what it is either, but 30 Day Shred is hard enough ... petting fluffy kittens? I don't think I have the guts to try this Insanity lol.

You look truly amazing, and if that is only 9 pounds, DANG! I just started my 2nd week, and you have giving me additional inspiration. I am struggling to do the pushup, hop up, jump down things, but I just don't stop moving and hope it gets easier to do that part of the workout soon. I won't give up, but if you have any advice on how to get better at the pushup thing, I am open for suggestions. Thank you for posting, you should be very proud of yourself.

To me...most of the exercises still felt difficult as I moved through the program...but I was doing them WAY BETTER or MORE of them. What they say is true, 'It doesn't get easier, you get better'! You will get better at the pushups I promise...I could hardly do three in a row at the beginning - and by the end...I was doing 6 reps of 15 without breaking or going to my knees! Stick with it! It does work!!!!!
