Well I don't know if I feel better or more depressed! I've been here for a month, have 50 lbs. to lose and have only lost 2 lbs. so far so I'm at a rate of 1/2 lb. a week so I'm not too happy about that! Help!

You ate over in your macos for sugar and carbs and way under on your protein. Building lean body mass just doesn't happen that way.0 -
Yes I know - I'm trying to get them all in line. And yes I know I did it a bit much on the chocolates(:blushing: ). I'm shocked even at the high content in the cottage cheese and fruit. I might have to back off on those a bit and focus more on the protein shakes if I'm falling short of protein and getting too high in the calories. I'm "trying to get used to" greek yogurt instead of the regular. At least I don't care for the fruit on the bottom kind and opt for the fresh berries. A work in process. Thanks for your input0
