roast potatoes

my mum is doing a roast with roast potatoes of course but not sure which brand of potatoes she used, but when I enter roast potato into MFP so many different roast potatoes come up & different nutrional amounts like sodium fat sat fat vary so much! do I add a generic roast potato or homemade roast potato? what do other people add in their food log?

what color are they, brown is russet, red is a red potatoe, white/yellow is a sweet potatoe(which is the only kind I eat) very yellow is Yukon gold, orange is a yam0

Just ask your mom how she makes hers and formulate to fit . For example, when I make roasted potatoes I use a fair amount of EVOO, where other people use no oil at all....and why the discrepancies.0
