Hi, I'm 5'2, currently 214 lbs,l with a goal around 150, although I have never weighed that little in my adult life, so I will have to see what I think when I get there! I have decided I need to start really tracking my calories, as I do a lot of mindless eating right now. I also just finished the 1st week of C25K, and signed up for a 5k in July that I plan on running for the whole thing! Any one else doing C25K? I could definitely use the motivation of seeing others' progress!

You CAN do this.
I did it last year starting in Sept. and got through it a little slower than what the weeks went, but I still did it.
I then injured my quad and had to take a lot of time off. I did other things in the meantime.
I used the C25K to get myself back into running and I am running again.
My advice (besides good shoes and good bra) are to NOT worry if you are not keeping up completely. Take it slower if you must.0
