Please excuse the underwear in the before pic, it was exclusively meant to be for my eyes only because I didn't believe I would actually see this through, haha.

SW: 175lbs (roughly)
GW: 143lbs
CW: 139lbs
UGW: 135lbs
Height: 5'4

I currently eat 1400 calories per day, have been losing at the rate of 1lb per week.
I followed 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30 and Yoga Meltdown by Jillian Michaels. Then a few Biggest Loser DVDs and I spent a month in February doing Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism. Now, for the last month or so I have been running 3-4 times per week.

So close to my goal I can smell it!
As soon as I hit 135lbs, I am hitting the gym to tone.
