Chicken Question????

I have started making my own ground chicken and turkey, but I'm not sure how to enter it in my food diary. I looked in the database under both ground chicken and boneless skinless chicken breast, but there is so much conflicting info, that I'm not sure what the right amount of calories would be. Any suggestions?

Well sometimes the chicken/turkey package has the calories on there for the raw chicken/meat
Start from there
and based on the ingredients you use add those calories seperately and that will give you an idea of where you are0 -
Miquisha, she said she's making her own. I would say just portion it out before you grind it up and do it that way. Such as ... a small chicken breast is 3-4 oz. Grind that up, if that's enough, eat it. If not, add half another breast, then you know that's 1-2 more oz., etc.0
