keep me motivated

Hi, I'm Sandy, I just started this week. I've lost weight on other diet programs in the past, and I am at my heaviest weight ever. My blood sugar is high, cholesteral high, fatty liver,etc. etc. I cannot seem to get motivated to exercise although I have lost a couple of pounds this week. My goal is thirty pounds and it seems impossible to me. I love food and use it as a crutch when happy and sad. I am trying so hard to stick with it and I cannot seem to get enough water/fluids I hate to drink. Any suggestions - help.
