Any female Figure/Bikini competitors? Looking for advice!

Hey there! I am very excited to be training for my first show. I think I understand what I have to do as far as fitness and nutrition, but I would love to get some general tips and especially recipes! I start to lose creativity when preparing chicken or fish for the zillionth time. I would love to hear what you prefer for HIIT or what you do for your cardio if you don't do HIIT.
