How to locate active friends on mfp

When I do a search in "Find Members" is seems to come up with people who haven't bothered to even post a picture, and often times just signed up today.

I'm looking to add a few more mfp. I'd like to add people I know, but when I put in an age, sex and location restriction to locate them, like I said, it comes up with people who just signed up, or haven't put any info in yet.

I'd like to add some females between 25 and 45 who have been at this for at least a couple of weeks on a daily basis.
