I have "big girl arms." :grumble: I have lost 35 lbs since january 5 :drinker: and everything is getting smaller except my upper arms. I don't really lift weights - I do the elliptical every day - so I guess that would help, but is there anything else I could do that gets results??

You can't spot reduce anywhere but you can tone up your arms. There are tons of good exercises that will work your arms and they do involve weights

I purchased an AeroPilates Performer Machine off of QVC and this is the only "weight training-resistance" like training I do. I have noticed (and others) that my arms have lost a lot of their flabbiness and I have toned up my mid section a lot. It also came with a cardio rebounder (trampoline) attachment and you can do your cardio on it too. Love it! Other than this I sometimes ride my recumbent and use the treadmill when I want to do something different but spend most my time on the Performer. It was super cheap and WELL worth the money you should check it out.0

good old fashioned push ups with your hands close together will work those triceps which is usually the untoned area that gives upper arms that flabby appearance0

Chair dips, tricep kickbacks, and skull crushers are awesome. You'll still need to do cardio to burn off the fat...but work those muscles underneath now...so that when the fat is gone, you have nice strong arms, not limp noodles, lol.0

My arms have gotten smaller by about an inch and a half from basic cardio and lifting weights... I do bicep curls, some moves with resistance bands, and some all-over moves I get from routines...mountain climbers, squat raises, etc.0
