Week 1 of #INSANITY complete!

This week I met my #FitnessGoal of drinking nothing but WATER (:
The goal for week 2 is to add a daily #MultiVitamin to the list.

Confession: Im still working on my eating habits.
I keep my serving size small but I also ate more than enough donuts throughout the week. =(

Advice to you: DRINK MORE WATER! (or tea) NOT soda & coffee!

    Great job...I like your way of thinking...doing/changing one thing 1 week and then adding to it the next.

    I'm going to start that this week I think...1 coffee a day and nothing but water for the rest of the day (still require my caffeine!) :) so no soda or grog.
