I have been on MFP for exactly three months now and working hard/struggling but getting better every day. I have lost about thirty pounds so far. Is this a pretty normal rate when following my calorie and excercise goals? Sorry if my pictures don't work, this is my first post!

I sure do see a difference! The maximum rate of healthy weight loss is 1 - 2 pounds per week so it looks like you're right on target! Keep up the awesome work.0
