Need Motivation, who doesn't ;)?

Well its never with my calories or measuring food and such. Its always with Exercise. I know I need to do it, but I get so easily distracted that I can go a few days without doing it. I guess I am looking for tough love workout friends :), are you that person? Any helpful information as well would be very appreciative. ( FYI- I cannot run or do jumping jacks, I was injured in 2011 from a severe car accident and am still recovering from it. I have a metal rod and plate along with 12 screws in my right tibia and fibula.)
