Still A Little Confused...

Hi,
I am 19 years old, 5' 1.5'' and currently weigh 129 lbs. I would like to lose some weight. I have set a goal of 115 lbs, but really I am just looking to feel healthy and in shape. I started watching my calorie intake and exercising 4-5 days a week in the beginning of February at which point I weighed almost 137 lbs. While I am happy with my progress I am still trying to figure out how many calories I should consume. According to Fat 2 Fit Radio, my sedentary BMR (I think they calculate it for the 115 lbs) is 1626 calories, and the moderately active BMR is 2100 calories. When I exercise the machines (elliptical, stair stepper, or treadmill) will often say that I have burned between 600 and 900 calories depending on how long I was exercising and how strenuous the exercise was. I initially was trying to eat 1200 calories a day and then eat the number of calories I burned on top of that. Recently I have stopped keeping such close track. Rather I have maintained a healthy diet and watched approximately how much I am eating. I feel healthy eating this way and always eat if I am hungry, however I worry that I might not be eating enough. I do not think I ever consume much more than 1700 calories max. Is that enough calories? I was forcing myself to eat more for awhile, but I just felt like I was stuffing my face.
