exercise induced headaches?

Does anyone else suffer from exercise induced headaches? I've struggled with them for years and I don't know if there's a solution. Any time I do cardio where I get my heartrate elevated above about 80% of max (based on perceived exertion), I develop a splitting headache that radiates up from the base of my skull where my head meets my neck, and the headache lasts the rest of the day. It's not an immediate thing, the headache kicks in within about an hour. I don't think it's a migrane, but I'm not entirely sure what makes a headache different from a migrane. Advil helps, as does caffeine, but nothing other than time makes it go away completely. Solutions anyone? I have no issues when I do moderate-intensity cardio, or when I lift. Thanks!
