    You simply need to set yourself up with a balanced approach that controls calories and gets you moving more. If you're consistent, fat will be lost in a genetically predetermined pattern. By that, I mean we can't selectively choose where we lose fat from.

    It's a banner of some sort. Any kind of cardio work will lose fat all over your body, but like stroutman said, your body decides where it loses fat and in what order. I've lost weight in different ways every single time I've done it, and so have my parents. You can never guess where you'll lose the fat first but just work hard and you'll get there!!!

    I'd hate to lose the 50 lbs i'm trying to lose and still be in a B cup. I hope Genetics are nice to me in my effort.
