Does anybody change the daily fats on their calorie/nutrients
Because I eat a healthy amout of almonds and walnuts, I am always over on poly and mono fats. Is this a bad thing?
On my mobile application, it says I shouldn't be eating any poly or mono. My weekly totals for polyunsaturated fat is 36 and my monounsaturated fat is 29. Last weeks totals were 42/32

i've always assumed the unsaturated fats were unlimited and that's why they're at 0. (well, unlimited but within the general fat percentage, where saturated needs to be limited).0

3/4 cup of rice vs 1/4 almonds? I rather have cup of rice. more food but same calorie count.
