this is so frustrating.......

Okay so a lil about me--- I at my heaviest I was 278 and finally after many failed attempts at trying to attain a more health lifestyle..... i was able to "get it". And it seemed so easy! so in a little bit over a year I had dropped almost a hundred pounds and I was lovin life! well.... the lowest I have been was 175-- and now i fluctuate between 175-180...... I am getting so frustrated because i HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO BUDGE!! I have been maintaining for sure-- its been about 2 years-- -- Diet was sooooooo easy just decrease carbs increase protein..... well then I hit the plateau -- and I started reading on ways to break this..... among other things.... i tried to do the whole "shock my body" by allowing for a cheat day/meal (I decided on the whole cheat day) ---- well now it seems that I do these ALL the time and i have fallen back into some really bad old habits.....Dont get me wrong..... I freaking LOVE working out! I love lifting heavy, i love burpees (its a love/hate thing), I love kettlebells.... I love feeling muscle soreness.. and trying new workouts...and i totally love making healthier versions of "unhealthy foods" but its such a struggle anymore....
I do not want to go into reverse.... I do so great most of the week but.... the weekends are ridiculous! Monday thru Thursday I am on point with diet..... my work schedule has changed in the last year but I cannot change this until school is done.... I go to nursing school mon, tues, wed, thurs.... then I work in the Operating Room all day friday and I cover all of the call from then until monday morning at 7 am..... THIS IS THE DOWN FALL OF THE WEEK...... lets just use this weekend as an example-- (it is very much my typical weekend) --I worked fri for 0630-1700- saturday- from 0700-1630 then got called back out sat from 1900-2230 then got called back out at 0300-0540 (sunday morning i guess).... then i got called out 0615-1300..... I ATE PURE JUNK FOOD-- mostly my choice (I really have an addiction-- if I start with sugary junk food-- it leads to shoveling- no excuse... i know -- but im just putting it out there) but there isnt alot of options at the hospital-- and it is so hard to prepare food for this type of schedule..... i work out probably 5-6 days a week.....a pretty good mix of cardio and strength training.... Im not sure what I am looking for here ... maybe i should be in the motivation board.... or maybe i need ideas of how people deal with this sort of thing or... maybe just to see if i am the only one with this craziness..... urrgg... any ideas or comments are appreciated?

In the same boat.. 8 weeks of doing great.. I've lost 40 lbs... but the past 4 days I've binged.. said that's the last time... but found myself cheat the next day... I've been fluctuating 2-5 lbs... driving me insane. Your not crazy. I love my workouts. And looking foreward to more results. Just look at how far you've come. And how great u feel now. Compared to a year ago. Maybe u just need to change your mindset. ... I find that once I eat one thing thats bad.. I keep snacking and piling it in.. then I work out harder to try and make up for it ..0
