So,
I've decided that I want to get myself into shape and generally feel better about myself. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and keep it off! So far I have been taking it slow, drinking water all day instead of soda (seriously 2 bottles of pop a day down to maybe one a week) I still have my coffee in the morning but I am down to one tsp of sugar from 3, I don't eat nearly as much candy that I used to... I could go on but you get the idea. :bigsmile: So when I decided that it was time to really buckle down and start tracking what I eat, I went in search of a community and found this one. You all look like an excellent group to keep me on the path to better health!!
Doing it for me, and my kids... but mainly me.

Welcome to the site!:flowerforyou: It is so great to have all the support & be able to inspire each other! You are doing great by just making small changes! You are more likely to stick to small changes at a time & you won't believe how many calories you save by just cutting back! Congrats & know that you will reach your goals!0
