Hey everyone!! My name is Crystal and I feel pretty awesome right now! I just got finished with a workout! I was feeling pretty lazy earlier today and then I got a burst of energy and decided to workout. I chose a workout on demand, charter, and during the workout I found that it was too easy so I spiced it up and added weights and I was doing more reps and movements than needed! I feel great!

Adding weights is a great way to step up the intesity level of a workout. Good for you, for listening to your body and not taking the easy way out.0
