    My cousin just ordered one of those from TV. I was thinking about getting one too. I will ask the ball lady at the gym Monday.

    I had one, it was fine, but no biggie really, just keeps your back off the floor. I started using it when I was driving too, I have low back issues and I can honestly say I get more out of my big yoga ball then anything.

    I was wondering if any exercise ball from Target or where ever would work. Thanks for the info!

    I used one at the gym today. It was great, but I like the big ball better. I also like the 1/2 ball...it looks like half of a big ball with a had flat bottom. some people at the gym us it for balance. we use it for sit ups with the medicine ball.
