Hey yall! I'm not new here, but I'm back again after taking a break and doing my own thing. I'm back wanting to lower my BF and firm up. I'll be lifting weights, running, and trying new things! And eating more to weigh less because I've tried the other way around haha. I'd love some support this time around Good luck to everyone else's weight loss/weight gain/maintenance journey!

Happy that you said "tone up" and not "toned" first off. Hit the weights, and hit your macros/micros and stay consistent in calorie deficit and you should do fine.
