ok, so I know ranch dressing isn't the best thing health wise! But without emptying a cup of their ranch and measuring how much the cup holds, does anybody know offhand how much the small size cups are at Buffalo Wild Wings? I can't believe the tiny cup is 300 calories but maybe I'm delusional!

Any help would be appreciated! It's bugging me and I don't want to go dump out a cup to find out haha

I'm pretty sure it's either 1 or 2 oz

    probably 2 or 2.5 ounces. thats a standard sauce portion, (im a wing lover) usually they will say on the bottom of the cup if they are the plastic kind. or ask, someone there knows the answer to exactly how much sauce they serve per cup... most restaurants are machines that work on measurements for accurate ordering and portion control for them is key to profit margins, so ever be afraid to ask.

    dont worry too much, its just a few tablespoons of ranch at the end of the day, just log it as best you can and have an extra wing for me plz!!
