I have before and after pics in my profile pic, I didn't lose a heap of weight but very happy with the results nonetheless. Dress size is better than weight, in my opinion! :-)

For diet, my advice is to keep the protein high and don't eat too little. I started out doing the 30DS with too little food and felt weak and tired.

I am currently just over half way through - I agree with Chrissie, I havent lost any weight, but my bf said he has noticed that I am toning up. And totally agree with eating plenty, I had one day where I hardly ate anything as I was so busy, it just made the next few times of completing so much harder. Stick with it and your fitness will improve no end! Good luck and let me know how you get on :) xxx

    Hi

I'm doing the shred at the moment - just finished day 7. I took my measurements today and compared them to the start and I've lost an inch off each thigh and an inch from my waist, so I'm really happy with how it's going! I'd second the other posters and don't eat too little - although the workout is quite short in length, it's pretty high intensity.

I've not weighed myself (I don't own any scales) so I'm going by clothing and dress size/measurements.

If you have a healthy balanced diet and stick with it, there's no reason why you shouldn't get the same results as people on here who've completed it successfully.

Feel free to add me as a friend :)

I did Shred last year in about Sept/Oct and lost 3kgs and 23cms . . I've started it again and am currently on level 1 - day 7. I have weighed and measured at the start and my kids have hidden the scales until I've completed it LOL! I'm more focused on measurements this time round instead of weight loss tho . . .

I have tried it, and I hardly lost any weight with it.... Try and do some Tae Bo exercise by using Billy Blanks dvds, those really work.

I shredded. I loved it. Weight didn't fall off but by heck the inches did ... And my confidence levels soared!

I can't find my pixies at the moment but the effect was very noticeable ... Like a dress size noticeable.

I'm doing it again in May (I have a target start date), this time I will be

Taking a before and after picture
    Measuring myself once a week
Taking a break every seven days
Taking better care of my knees

And .... Totally going for it because the shred works.

I am on day 19 and I have gained 1kg but i took some photos on day one and some more photos on day 15 and I am surprised to see that my shape really has changed. My waist is actually now showing and I looke more toned than before.
Today my collegue (who got back from a 1 week holiday) asked me what magic diet I had been on the week she had been gone because I looked so slim!!!!
It is only 20 minutes per day, if you have 20 minutes to spare - do it! I am 42 years old and thought that it took a lot more to get in shape. This actually works!!!
    Good Luck!
